Sending 360 to repair center but how do i send ?

Okay so i called up 360 company and they said they were gonna send me a box but then i called again because box never came this was this monday now its friday hmmmm and i check my yahoo and they gave me the label does this mean i have to get my own box I NEED HELP PLEASE i was on youtube and people recieve a box Or has it change plz some one help me
