Network Card Not Included In Computer?

I'm sure there is "on board" LAN set up so you don't need a card they may mean a Gigabyte card (should have installed 10/100 speed...the GB card would give you 10/100/1000)...and the computer comes with USB 2.0....IF you want USB 3.0 they will install one in a PCIe x1 slot.
